01 Will it damage or drain my phone?

No. Coil draws a small current for three seconds per light, less than a single push notification. Nothing pushes voltage back into the phone. Standard USB-C input, the same kind of trickle your earbuds and accessories pull. You'd light it hundreds of times before seeing a dent in your phone battery.

02 What's in the box?

The lighter and a single-fold card with the warranty and care instructions. No cable, no plastic trays, no extras. Coil has its own USB-C connector built into the body.

03 How long does shipping take inside Australia?

One to three business days for capital cities, three to five for regional addresses. We ship from Sydney by 2pm AEST same-day if ordered before then.
